The Mission of Lomitas Career Academy The purpose of Lomitas Career Academy is to prepare students to be able to select from a variety of career opportunities and to be successful in the world of work. As a Career Academy, Lomitas has 3 Foundational Pillars: mission by:
- 1. Career Awareness
- 2. Character Development/ Service Learning
- 3. Code of Professionalism-Dress Code
Students at Lomitas learn about and are recognized for demonstrating
exceptional Character in these 6 areas. These characteristics and
parameters are taught and reinforced within each classroom, grade level,
